Creative Islander proudly ships select products throughout the United States from Colorado.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, destination, and shipping carrier selected. We strive to provide accurate shipping rates without additional handling fees.
Processing Times
Processing times begin after payment has been successfully received.

During holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.
Processing times do not include carrier transit time.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Creative Islander is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

Local Pickup & Local Delivery
When available, eligible customers may select local pickup or local delivery during checkout.
Customers selecting local pickup will receive instructions once the order is ready.
Local delivery availability and delivery fees vary based on location.

Because many Creative Islander products are handcrafted, customized, personalized, edible, or made-to-order, all sales are generally final.

Approved Returns
If a return is approved by Creative Islander, the item must:

Be unopened;

Be unused;

Be returned in its original packaging; and

Be received within the timeframe provided during the approval process.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error.
Missing or Lost Shipments
If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please:

Verify the shipping address provided during checkout.

Check around your delivery location.

Contact household members or neighbors.

Contact the shipping carrier.
If the package cannot be located, notify Creative Islander within two (2) business days after the delivery confirmation.
Creative Islander will assist with filing a carrier claim when appropriate; however, replacement shipments are not guaranteed and remain subject to the carrier's investigation and determination.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Creative Islander is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided during checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order is reshipped.
