SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping cost is based on total weight and volume of product purchased and is determined by the shipping carrier. We strive to be as accurate as possible in charging you the actual shipping cost with no additional fees.

 

SHIPPING TIME

​

Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible. We ship orders from our Warehouse in Colorado Springs, CO which is only open Monday through Friday. Retail orders are typically shipped within 3-7 days, but we do not guarantee a specific ship date. Turnaround is usually very quick!

Wholesale orders ship in approximately 3-7 days depending on the size of the order. Please note that transit times for each shipping carrier may vary. CREATIVE ISLANDER is not responsible for any delay in delivery once your order has been picked up by a shipping carrier. If you have questions regarding availability or need your order by a specific date, please contact us at acreativeislander@gmail.com or by using our Contact page and we will do our best to get your order to you on time!

 

ORDER STATUS

You will receive an email notification with tracking when your order has shipped. If you have questions regarding existing order status, you may log in to check the status of your order or contact us at acreativeislander@gmail.com.

 

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

​

Island Touch Gift & Baskets LLC stands behind our products. Your complete satisfaction is our goal and will do all, within reason, to resolve customer satisfaction issues in a timely manner. Any discrepancy must be reported by EMAIL with a detailed explanation and photos within 2-3 business days of receipt of goods.

Partial credit are available on Gift-boxes that ONLY which are deemed to be defective, however we will not is credit where subjective matters of taste, style or change of mind due to retail value are involved and damaged sustained by the shipping agency. We can and will reship any product or remake any gift basket/box to your liking AT YOUR COST!

 

We do not accept return or exchange, of our handcrafted products such as  body butters, sugar scrubs, facial oils, bath soak or any additional products to be used on the body, however  we are happy to help resolve any issues that may arise. If an agreement for a return is agreed upon, item must be unopened. CREATIVE ISLANDER does not cover the shipping costs to return items, and items must arrive in their original, unused condition. Please contact us for information regarding the need to make a return of your unwanted items within 10 days of receiving your order. Please read product ingredients  posted thoroughly before purchase.

Gift Certificates are not returnable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

MISSING SHIPMENTS

​

If there is something wrong with your order, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your delivery or when you notice a package is missing after receiving our delivery confirmation email. For missing packages marked delivered to the address on the order, we require a minimum of 2 business days to file a claim with the carrier before any attempt to send a replacement is made. (Please note a replacement is not a grantee).
